Mr. Jianning Jiang founded Yada holding company in 2011. In 2017, he set up Yada Capital jointly with IDG Capital Partners and serves as the founding partner. Prior to Yada, he served as Former Secretary of Youth League Committee of BNU, Vice Dean of General Affairs and Deputy Secretary General of BNU, Assistant GM of PICC Trust and Investment Co., President of Beijing Trunk Technology Co., President and CEO of China Youth Travel Service (“CYTS”), and Chairman of Wuzhen Tourism and Beijing Wtown. Mr. Jiang was selected as the Top 10 Outstanding Youth of China’s central organ under the CPPCC, the Top 10 Chinese Manager of Talents and the top 100 Young Personalities that could influence China in 21st century. Mr. Jiang graduated from the Economics Department of Beijing Normal University (BNU) in 1984 and obtained the title of senior economist thereafter.
Jianguang Li works in financial industry for many years and accumulates rich experience. He has extensive investment appraisal, organization and management experience in China's unique investment environment by evaluating hundreds of projects in various industries and cooperating with diffenent kind of enterprises. As the Assistant President of Tinhtic Trust & Investment in 1999, Jianguang Li headed the firm’s Investment Banking Department where he was responsible for direct investment. He was also a manager in the Crosby Group's Beijing Representative Office from 1994 to 1999. Jianguang was a Research Fellow at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences from 1987 to 1992. He holds a master's degree in Applied Economics & Business from the University of Guelph, and bachelor's degree in Economics from Peking University.
Jingbo Wang focuses on Private Equity and M&A investments. Prior to joining IDG Capital, Jingbo worked at D.E. Shaw and Co., where he led several major energy investment projects. He was previously a senior researcher at ExxonMobil’s Corporate Strategic Research division. Jingbo received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University, a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU.
Xianghong Chen, Chief planner, designer and President of Wuzhen and Gubei Wtown (Beijing) scenic regions, is the practitioner and expert in domestic well-known large scale scenic area construction and management. Since 1999, Xianghong Chen conducted the protection and development of ancient town tourism at Wuzhen, He advanced the theory of “reusing of historical district”, and transformed Wuzhen from a sightseeing-type ancient town to a world famous leisure travel destination. Xianghong Chen developed and constructed Beijing Wtown scenic area at the foot of Simatai Great Wall, Gubeikou town, Miyun County, suburb of Beijing in 2010. Now, the project has begun to take shape and runs good. In 2013, he set up Zhongjing Tourism Management (Beijing) focusing on the domestic scenic region’s construction and chain management.
Gloria Gao joined Yada In May 2011，currently serves as Managing Director for both Yada Capital & Yada Harmony. She is in charge of healthcare and aged care sector, corporate branding, and international investment and cooperation. Prior to joining Yada, Gloria was Vice President of Swiss Reinsurance and worked as tax consultant in KPMG. Gloria Gao is Executive MBA graduate from NYU Stern School, LSE London and HEC Paris. She obtained her MSc in Accounting & Finance from University of Birmingham and BA in International Economics & Trade from Beijing international Studies University.
In May 2011, Huanbo Dong joined Yada. Now he serves as Finance Director and Managing Director of Yada Capital, in charge of group financial management, fund investor relationship management and equity investment management. He used to serve as Deputy General Manager of China CYTS Tours Holding Co. Ltd Finance Department, Finance Supervisor of China Youth Travel Service (Hong Kong). Huanbo Dong got Master degree of Business Administration from the University of Manchester Business School. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Suiching Li has rich experience in the field of finance and investment. Prior to joining Yada, Suiching Li worked for Institute of International Finance, Bank of China, and served as Deputy Director General of PICC Fund Application Department, Assistant General Manager of PICC Trust & Investment Co., Investment Director of China Youth Travel Service (Hong Kong), Investment Director of Private Banking Department, Bank of China Macau Branch, General Manager of Leader (Beijing) Medical Park Management Advisory Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Huaao Runcheng Investment Co. Ltd. In 1984, Suiching Li graduated from Finance Department, Central University of Finance and Economics.
